Itsultant ("we", "us") is a Canadian IT consulting and cybersecurity business based in Brampton, Ontario. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) where we handle personal health information.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. Our website may also collect basic, aggregated analytics such as pages visited.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver a service you've asked for (for example, our form provider) or where required by law.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. As a security-focused firm, protecting client data is central to how we operate.
